1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if: - You received a damaged or defective product. - You received the wrong medicine or incorrect quantity. - The product has expired or is near expiry (less than 3 months remaining). - The packaging seal is broken or tampered with upon delivery. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: - Medicines that have been opened, used, or have broken seals (unless defective). - Products purchased against a valid prescription once dispensed. - Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page. - Refrigerated or cold-chain medicines once delivered. - Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return: 1. Log in to your Kanhaiya Life Care Medicine account. 2. Navigate to "My Orders" in your dashboard. 3. Select the order and click "Return/Replace". 4. Provide the reason for return and upload photos of the product (if applicable). 5. Submit the request. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and notify you of the status.

4. Return Process

Once your return is approved: - Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address within 3-5 business days. - Please ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories and labels intact. - A replacement will be shipped or a refund will be initiated based on your preference and product availability.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as follows: - Refunds are initiated within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. - The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method. - Credit/Debit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. - UPI and wallet refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours. - Cash on delivery orders will receive refunds via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). - Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacement Policy

If you received a defective or wrong product, you can opt for a replacement: - Replacements are subject to product availability. - If the same product is unavailable, you can choose an alternative or opt for a refund. - Replacement products will be delivered within 3-7 business days after pickup.

7. Cancellation Refunds

For cancelled orders: - Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund. - Orders cancelled after dispatch may be subject to shipping charges. - Refunds for cancellations are processed within 3-5 business days.
