Ordering

You can browse our medicine catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to create an account or log in, provide a delivery address, and select a payment method. For prescription medicines, you will need to upload a valid prescription.


Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines can be ordered without a prescription. However, prescription medicines (marked with "Rx") require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. Our pharmacists verify all prescriptions before dispatching.


There is no minimum order value for placing an order. However, free delivery is available on orders above a certain amount (varies by location). Delivery charges may apply for smaller orders.


You can cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to approval. To cancel, go to "My Orders" in your dashboard and click "Cancel Order".


You can upload your prescription during checkout or from your dashboard under "My Prescriptions". We accept clear photos or scanned copies in JPG, PNG, or PDF format. Our pharmacist team will verify the prescription within a few hours.

Payment

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery (COD) where available. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.


Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment gateways like Razorpay and Stripe. We never store your complete card details on our servers.


Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes and order values. COD availability is shown during checkout. Please note that COD may not be available for all locations or for prescription medicines above a certain value.


In rare cases, there may be a delay in order confirmation. If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, please wait 30 minutes and check your order status. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your transaction reference number for a quick resolution.

Delivery

Delivery charges vary by location and order value. Free delivery is available on orders above a certain amount (typically Rs. 499). You can check delivery charges and estimated delivery time by entering your pin code on the product page or during checkout.


Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Express delivery is available in select cities with delivery within 24-48 hours. You can check estimated delivery time for your pin code before placing the order.


We deliver to most pin codes across India. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code on any product page or during checkout. If your area is not yet serviceable, we are continually expanding our coverage.


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order from "My Orders" in your dashboard. The tracking page shows real-time updates on your order status.


Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you are unavailable, they will contact you to arrange a convenient time. You can also provide alternative delivery instructions during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

You can return products within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, expired, or if you received the wrong item. Returns can be initiated from your "My Orders" page. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for complete details.


Refunds are initiated within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect. UPI and wallet refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours.


Prescription medicines that have been opened or have broken seals cannot be returned unless they are defective or you received the wrong product. Sealed, undamaged prescription medicines may be returned within the 7-day return window.

Prescriptions

When you upload a prescription, our licensed pharmacists review it for validity. They check the doctor's credentials, medicine names, dosages, and ensure the prescription is current (within 6 months). This process typically takes 1-4 hours.


If your prescription is rejected, you will be notified with the reason. Common reasons include expired prescriptions, unclear photos, or medicines not matching the prescription. You can upload a new prescription or contact our support team for help.


Yes, we accept digital prescriptions generated by registered healthcare platforms and telemedicine services. The prescription must contain the doctor's registration number, digital signature, and all required details.

Account & Security

Click "Sign Up" on the top right corner of our website or app. You can register using your email address or phone number. A verification OTP will be sent to confirm your identity.


Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address or phone number, and we will send you a reset link or OTP. Follow the instructions to set a new password.


Yes, we take data security very seriously. Your health information is encrypted and stored securely. We are compliant with applicable data protection regulations. Only authorized pharmacists and healthcare professionals can access your health data for prescription verification purposes.
